I just wanted to thank you for everything. Thanksgiving went well beyond my fondest dreams. I'm sure we'll do it again next year, and I'm trying to get Micki to agree to have you cater the Jewish Holidays at the end of March and in September. Anyway, I'll be in touch!

Holly Allen has done many of my parties and each one  has been a huge success.  The parties she has catered for me have ranged from small formal dinner parties to large outdoor informal cocktail parties and barbecue-type events. 

The staff she provides is always professional,  friendly without being overly familiar or intrusive.   She is very creative  as to menus, themes, and locations for food and beverages; no request appears to overwhelm Holly. 

The first time I used her,  there was a bit of angst and my wanting to go over every detail many times.  Now I just call Holly and have a general conversation as to what I am planning; I relax and she just makes it happy beautifully.

Thank you so much for providing such excellent service for our charity event. It ran so smoothly and your staff was most pleasant and professional. Everyone from your team was so organized and took charge so, we could relax and tend to all our other obligations. Your services went above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone was so impressed with the detailed service you provided. We can't thank you enough for helping make our night such a success. We thank you from of our hearts as well as all the children from the Young Autism Program. 

I would without hesitation recommend your services to any friend or family member and hope to bring you much business in the future. We really appreciate all you have done!

Dear Holly,
I wanted to let you know how happy I was with the girls (I'm bad with names I think Tracey and Judy), they knew exactly what to do and not once did I have to tell them what to do. And when they were done at the end of the night, my kitchen looked as if no-one was here.

The bartender Lisa was great as well, very accomodating especially trying to accomodate my sons (11 and 5)  requests for special drinks.

I would definately use you guys again and definately recommend you to anyone.
